Member of the European parliament Yana Toom Constituency Office held a photo contest “I am European”. Contestants from Estonia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Belorussia and Armenia submitted 156 photos, in which they expressed their Europe-related thoughts and feelings.
There were no strict requirements as to the genre of the photos, and neither were age restrictions for participants.
A jury of professional photographers, including Olga Makina, Jelena Rudi and Stanislav Moškov, selected two winners. The third prize went to the author of the photograph that got the most likes from the visitors of www.yanatoom.ee website.
The winners of the photo contest are:
- «I am European: Our Goods at the European Market», Viktor Miina,
- "Rail Baltic?" Triin Viljasaar,
- «Señorita from Tallinn in Spain», Anžela Tanaga.
All three winners of the photo contest will receive a free trip to Brussels.
